Clean, spacious, great location, kitchen well equipped, not noisy at night

Excellent apartment in a great location - short walk from the station and easy walk into the main plaza in the historical centre. Apartment had all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. Obliging owner met us on site and explained all.

Everything was very good Maybe a supply of tea bags and coffee would be a nice addition that other apartments often have.

Great location - close to old city, great restaurants, railway and bus stations, cruise terminal. Not really close to beaches, but that didn't worry me. But the main bedroom window gave onto the street and boy was it noisy, even with the windows shut.. Dogs barking, young folks yelling at each other, kids screaming. And then when all that died down, about 1130, the neighbours started up with loud conversation and music. Their living room wall backs right onto the master bedroom of the apartment. On the second night I gave up and went and slept in the other room with 2 single beds. From previous experience in Spain, I do realise that older places leave a bit to be desired re soundproofing. Bring earplugs. It has a well-stocked kitchen (not that I used it) and is furnished comfortably. The ensuite shower of the master bedroom blocked up quickly within a couple of minutes. I resorted to the army-style shower where you get wet, turn off the water, soap up and then rinse off quickly. I didn't try the other shower because it would have made more work for the cleaner. They need to pull a bunch of hair out of the drain, is my best guess. While travelling I received a message from the owner (?) who asked me if I wanted to change my check-in time. I said yes please because I was arriving earlier than expected. The message (via the Booking.com app) also gave me a phone number. When I arrived at the address, it was not obvious that this was the apartment. No El Mirador (a misnomer - there isn't really an "extensive view") on the doorbell, and the phone number didn't work. I also only have data on my phone when travelling, so can't make normal phone calls - just via WhatsApp. I messaged Booking.com and soon a young man got back to me and told me he had been waiting for half an hour at the apartment. Well, no, he hadn't. Oh well, moving along. He gave me another number which did work, came over and gave me the keys. All good - eventually.

Really spacious, comfortable, and clean! Had everything we needed and more. The host was communicative and allowed us to check in a little earlier as our travel plans changed. About a five minute walk to the ayuntamiento and train station. Perfect space for a group of 4-6.

Accomodating host who was able to accept my early check in request. Appartment was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable and nice ensuit bathrooms. Good location. Came with washing machine, ironing board, microwave. Was very convienant

Having an oven or a grill would have been good. Can be a litte dark inside but not a big issue.

The apartment was clean. We had some difficulty traveling to Cadiz and the young man who was waiting for us at the apartment was very patient and helped us get a taxi to the apartment. The street is quiet and very close to the City Hall and its beautiful square. The beds were comfortable. Hanging clothes to dry on the roof which had a great view of the city was a pleasure.

The apartment living room/kitchen was very dark. It could have used more lamps. The back bedroom was small. We would have liked more help from the renter especially with the clothes washer. Compared to other apartments we have rented in Cadiz and elsewhere in Andalucia, the price was rather steep for a pretty basic apartment but we were there during Semana Santa so that might have affected the price

A bit dark inside as theyve got tiny windows and the lack of heating or a/c unit. Bit cold inside
