Central City 1 Bedroom

The apartment is centrally located and offers good value for money for what it is. It also has views of a main street, a good sized bedroom with a comfy bed and the hosts were communicative enough throughout the stay.

The location feels a bit unsafe, as it’s tucked away in the backstreets. The apartment block is old and has a gritty interior, with strange smells lingering in the building. The studio apartment itself has a door that is very difficult to operate. It is very small inside, with a narrow L shaped corridor leading into a tiny kitchen, making it feel quite cramped. The small bathroom also had a strange smell and the faucet handle was broken. Additionally, I had withdrawn cash and exchanged it to MDL from RON in order to pay, as instructed by the owner (they were supposed to come in person to take the cash), only to later be told to pay via Revolut. Since the Revolut app doesn’t support exchanging from RON to MDL, I had to convert my money to EURO and pay. So, I exchanged my money twice—first from RON to MDL, then from RON to EUR—ultimately losing more due to the extra exchange fees.

Amazing apartment in the heart of the city! Clean with a spacious bedroom and a lovely kitchen. The bedroom has also a lovely veranda. You have everything you need, from shops, cafes to restaurants and more! I highly recommend this apartment! The host was also really helpful and kind!

The flat is very nice, bus stop is located near the building. Internet it is very fast and everything is clean. Self check in is available. highly recommended

Comfy apartment in a great location - had everything we needed. Host Arina helped to organise our trips out which was really helpful. Some nice bars and restaurants nearby; Escobar and Craft Baza were worth a visit as was the cat cafe in the shopping centre and Wine Gogh loo

The outside of the flat is not that inviting but once inside there is not a problem

The host could send detailed instructions (e.g. a map) about where to find the door and key as it's really not visible (it's on the back side of the building and especially at night almost impossible to find)

the host is really welcoming and helpful. at the very beginning there was a problem with water drainage in the shower, so he immediately offered me a bigger apartment around the block without any additional payment.
