Muito boa localização, prédio calmo e muitos seguro, assim como o bairro. Excelente espaço e Gerente muito simpático e disponível.

Entra luminosidade cedo e a partir das 8h da manhã começam a lavar os carros no parque ao lado e há muito barulho.

"One of the Worst Experiences Ever"

Location

I booked this property specifically because it was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, something clearly stated in the booking confirmation and explicitly selected by me. Upon arrival, the host demanded an additional €20 per day to use the second bed, despite the booking clearly including both bedrooms. After refusing, the host attempted to negotiate a €50 cash fee, which Booking.com later confirmed was unjustified. The situation escalated with messages from the host that felt unprofessional and threatening, such as insisting on a meeting to "conclude the stay in a civil and proper manner." The host's behavior was not only unprofessional but also aggressive, creating unnecessary stress during what was meant to be a relaxing holiday. Despite Booking.com's intervention, the host refused to provide an invoice with my company details as requested during the booking. Instead, he issued a receipt in my personal name, and after Booking.com's intervention in my favor, I just gave up. I cannot recommend this property or host due to the deceptive practices, aggressive behavior, and disregard for the guest experience.
