The complex was beautiful design. The hotel itself was very good. Rooms very good.

Felt staff were regimental, unfriendly, untrusting, very cold reception, first place we have experienced this now eight weeks into our visit. Everywhere else in Vietnam staff and all other people have been polite, fun and generally want to know about you and where you have come from, beautiful people. I have managed staff for many years and feel staff at this resort were under stress. The beach is beautiful, but filthy, although in from of the resort there is an effort to keep the beach clean, however walk outside the immediate front of the property and you will see a rubbish dump, as per the most beaches and waterways throughout Vietnam. Please, people of Vietnam take responsibility for your mess, clean it up now, or your young love ones are going to suffer in the future. Wife got serious diarrhea from dinner at the restaurant, lost two days and nights of her stay, and our adventure, also we had booked the shuttle bus to town the day of her getting crook, when I went to cancel her trip, they argued there is no refund, keeping my cool and explaining she had canceled due to her getting diarrehea from their hotel, they finally relented and gave me a refund. The day we booked out and after they checked our room and gave us our room key deposit back, I finally received a smile from the same woman who checked us in. Very little options to eat other than the resort, Nha Trang 45minutes away by taxi or shuttle bus, although shuttle bus extremely good value $6 AUD return.
