"Convenient location yet quiet, well designed cute apartment"

Had a wonderful time in early June. It's a newly renovated apartment, everything's new and clean. Ceiling height (13 feet plus) makes it spacious, affording a loft space with an additional double bed above the bathroom. Kitchen, and bathroom are small but practical, well equipped with supplies. Perfect location in old town, quiet side of a busy main street. Many restaurants all walking distance, a supermarket around the corner. The view from the balcony is a plus too (photo). The owner is a gracious host, very helpful with quick responses.
