The pool was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the noise at night was minimal as opposed to some other places.

The pool facilities were closed for a week which was unhelpful. So not able to access food and drink. The gentleman running the bar was on holiday. Couldn’t someone else have stepped in ?

The location of the property is great the pool area great staff very helpful

The property could do with a real makeover very dated very old bedding towels etc but in saying that in was clean and spacious

Werry clean and cozy apartment! Balcony to the inner yard so no noise during night. Location Playa de las Americas is best, sense its right in the middle of Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos. So we had a same short walk to "party streets" on one side and allso to more family oriented easy going Los Christianos on other side. And the bus station to Santa Cruz and and to other places is basically next to house. And the private pool for house with bar was warm and good. Luigi is werry helpful and gave spot on local information about transfers and so on.

A little dated. Would love a change of bed linen during 8 nights. No English channels on TV for news. Otherwise, it was perfect. Would return.

Location was excellent, very convenient to public services.

Pool chairs uncomfortable , cushions would have helped.

The apartment was very clean and homely. The kitchen area was compact but had everything required. Bed was comfortable and a good size. The host Gianluigi was very helpful and easy to contact

Apartment was close to everything. It was clean and had a lovely pool. It was only a short walk to the beach and bars. Great facilities also. The owner was great even providing us with transfer to and from the airport and allowing us to stay late in the apartment on the day of departure.

The apartment is a little outdated so could do with a little modernising but all in all a fab stay.

Excellent apartment clean lovely balcony sun in the afternoon,host very welcoming. I'd have no problem at all to book this apartment again.
