I called housekeeping but no one came

The different areas in the resort were really beautiful and eye catching. The villa where we stayed was big and comfortable and it had an amazing bathroom with a tub and 2 showers.

The food options are limited and in our case, 2 of the restaurants/bars didn't want to serve us. The staff in the restaurant (10th floor) were a bit rude and avoided us at all cost.

They have great facilities and grounds: big playground in the woods, several pools, tennis courts, several restaurants, a lake, etc. Breakfast was mainly Vietnamese, but with a good selection of pastries and decent coffee. Breakfast is served in the skybar which offers nice views. For lunch and dinner there are mainly Vietnamese options which are tasty. The Western food is average at best. Staff was very helpful and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and had a large bathroom and even a small kitchen.

The grounds can also be accessed by non-guests (at a fee), meaning that it can get really busy as busloads of people will be walking around. Lunch at the buffet therefore becomes a noisy affair and the central pool fills up. Groups can organise events, so music was blasting throughout the day, making it loud and not peaceful, even when trying to enjoy the lakeside. Noise does stop around 21:30, so sleeping is not an issue.
