"Pricey , difficult access , old and not clean. Overvalued..check other options!"

Size of the apartment it's ok.

Very steep and old stairs. Overall access area (from entrance to the 3rd floor app. door) old and dirty..it causes bad impression. Beds wasn't comfortable and floor underneed them dirty.It's pricey for the location and value. This place needs an upgrade and outdoor cleaning ..This apartment isn't for any client that with kids or people with mobility limitations . Get to the 3rd floor using those stairs with luggage was a nightmare .Pictures are better than reality.

"Bad service"

It’s near to downtown

They have bad service we satay for 3 night the first night was okay, the second night the heat it powerd off and it’s too cold and we have kids we stay in the freezer we try many times to call them we call booking no answer until the other in the evening we are all got sick it’s horrible vacation.

The apartment was very cozy and clean. Ukrainian Village is a wonderful neighborhood and my friends and j felt very safe day and night.
