Apartamentul este mare, echipat, călduros,parcare in curte.

Nu este izolat fonic, se aude orice mișcare. Am avut "noroc" de vecini care veneau noaptea în cameră și ne trezeam din cauza zgomotului

Ein großzügiges Zimmer, hell und freundlich. Alles da, was man braucht. Gut wäre, wenn auch ein Toaster zur Verfügung gestellt wird.

Die Dusche hat ein Konstruktionsproblem. Wegen nicht korrekt angelegtem Gefälle der ebenerdigen Dusche wird das Bad zwangsläufig unter Wasser gesetzt.
