The apartment was not clean, can see hair and dusty everywhere. The room on the highest floor and near to elevator. We couldn't sleep because of the sound of the elevator shaft. It was very loud.

At first glance I liked it. but…..

The apartment was not clean, the carpet and down sofa were dusty. The sponge for washing dishes has not been changed for a long time, spoons and forks are only 1-2 each, no glasses, no tea / coffee either, the door to the bedroom was broken, there is mold in the sink, toilet paper is too cheap, after washing hands there is no towel , and yes soap too is not present. I was disappointed that there is no INTERNET. We connected to wi-fi, but the Internet did not work. But the owner did not fix it, or simply deceived us that there is Internet. Everything in the apartment is artificial, flowers and even books. We were given a room on the highest floor so we couldn't sleep because of the sound of the elevator shaft. It was very loud.

It has a Nice Pool. Fitness room is Good except it is Not Ventilated Parking was easy. Room space was good. Has a Very good view from my 39th storey.

The bed was very hard to my liking. Wish it was softer. The hairdryer was not working. The strangest thing is that the TV only carries 2 channels . i really wonder why.

Excellent hospitality by UHA! Will surely come back here.

We enjoyed our stay, so nothing to complain 😉

Close distance to legoland

The wifi was horrible, cannot even get reception in the bedrooms. The key collection place is also out of the way

The room is nice and comfortable.

The location is like ghost town. Have to drive a distance to get food. The instruction on booking website need get updating.

The unit when we arrived wasn’t cleaned. As we opened the door the entire unit was smelling unpleasant. Took a peek into both of the bathrooms, they weren’t cleaned, the toilet smelt terrible. Upon complaining they sent in a cleaner, but unfortunately the cleaner didn’t manage to do a good job, just put phenol and water, the smell was still there. The floors also weren’t mopped or vacuumed.
