Comfortable room, very clean, white crisp sheets, nice to see oat milk in the room. Good breakfast. Close to town.

One minor comment about the curtain trackers being pretty noisey and you can hear them being pulled in other rooms.

Lovely family, very friendly helpful and polite. Very helpful re my gf food intolerences. Breakfast was lovely plenty ov choices and well cooked. Sea view which was a pleasant surprise. Rom was small but comfortable, lovely big shower and all very clean.

At some point the wardrobe space needs to be addressed. We are reasonably mobile but anyone with any walking difficulties may find walking to and from Lyme Bay as the gradient of the roads is quite steep.
