Nothing, don't be fooled by the photos, the reality is way different. Go to a puerto de la Cruz or another northern location.

A lot of old and broken furniture, the bathroom door handle is broken, the clothes washing machine is ready to go for a walk whenever you use it, lock the door. The photos are misleading, the apartment is dark, smelly, no views, no pool when we arrived because of maintenance. A lot of rusty stuff on the balcony, pieces of walls falling, spider webs and windows that were never been washed. We paid almost 400 euros for 4 nights, for that price, you could get something that screams luxury in another place. GO TO THE NORTH, PUERTO DE LA CRUZ OR SOMETHING ELSE. The proximity is for old people, no life, only desert in terms of night life. We had problems with the owner, she replied instantly when it was good for her, but when I complained about the state of the apartment...she was nowhere to be found. Shower drain was clogged...lights were few, and ugly. Everything dusty and the kitchen was semi cleaned, surfaces were untouchable. It's in a apartment complex with no intimacy. The apartment would be good for 150 euro for 4 nights, definitely not 400 euro.

Lokalizacja przy plaży, sklep restauracje bardzo blisko.

La campana de humo no está conectada. El frigorífico no enfría ( el congelador si). Los grifos de la ducha y lavabo están duros.

Lovely and clean well-appointed apartment. Well maintained complex Nearby beach bar was great. Beach nearby was good El Medano nearby was a lovely place

Location was horrendous: To be met with a huge ugly building site right outside the apartment complex was just awful. It is a made for tourists with cars area. The strip Mall was very American and for cars and an inside mall was just not what we are looking for. Very expensive supermarket in the Mall. No direct bus to the airport

Easy check-in, very spacious apartment, great location, it has a balcony with nice views, perfect for leisure and work, beach and Montana Roja around the corner

Can be a bit noisy depending on your neighbors, as typical in Spain walls are paper thin
