We got charged for nothing, the room wasn’t available and the bookings had them as an animal friendly option.
USUSThe hosts did a great job with dining and attraction recommendations, and the place is super close to one of our favorite restaurants, Ramos House.
The only area where clearer communication would have helped ahead of time was that there is very limited parking. There is one dedicated garage space, but it is quite small, and we were fortunate that our Sorento fit. There is also no available street parking, which wasn’t clear to us in advance. Since parking was a key consideration for our trip on this stay, we had to adjust our plans and consolidate from two cars to one.
USUSSuper cute place. We were there for a weekend wedding at the Basilica. The location was perfect and met our needs. We were a little lost because the entrance is on the main street not the address street. A very friendly neighbor saw our confusion and asked if we were "looking for the rental". He showed us where to go. Surprisingly with all the units and all the permitted cars on the street, we slept soundly
Parking! You can only park your car in the single garage unit. There is NO PARKING ALLOWED overnight on the street and the street is jammed pack full of cars. We had 2 cars so we had to drive a few miles away to a Park and Ride to leave one of the vehicles. If you have only 1 car, it's fine. There is no garage door opener so you gotta get out to open the door and then close the door. It totally stinks when it's drizzling.
IEUSWe very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is very conveniently located to the downtown area. We were able to walk to the downtown area and everything else was a quick drive.
We would have liked to have a measuring cup in the kitchen.
USThe property looks so beautiful. There kitchen was amazingly well equipped. We love that because our family loves food and loves to cook. It was close to pretty much everything we wanted to visit. Owner’s are clearly informative and accommodating. One down side was, the living space and the kitchen lights are kinda dimmed for us as a family with two children(2 y.o. & 14 y.o.). But over all, we had a great time. In fact, the most coziest and our favorite corner of the property was there patio, indeed it was their selling point. Thank you so much!

USThe location was great for what we needed.
It listed three bedrooms with a king in one bedroom, a queen in a second bedroom, and a queen in a third bedroom (along with a sofa). At the same time, it said 2br in the title. Given the discrepancy, we (wrongly) assumed the title was wrong. It’s a 2br with a king and a queen. They have an air mattress and a sofa - kitchen is the highlight of the apartment. Garage stinks of trash.
