"非常好的體驗，老闆親切和善！房間舒適乾淨，地點離車站近又安靜🥰沐浴乳是施巴的，使用純水，飲用水好喝，洗澡完皮膚滑嫩。"

地點寧靜，附近早餐店選擇多，開車一下就到市中心。 房間乾淨，廁所採乾濕分離及免治馬桶，進出只需一張磁卡，且有電梯方便上下樓。 大門口可以自由拿瓶裝礦泉水，還有酒精防蟲噴霧可使用，民宿旁邊有公園可以給小孩放電。

廁所是木地板，加上民宿是整棟淨水，溼地板會非常滑，需小心注意。

"花蓮最滿意的民宿之一"

電梯民宿很乾淨，有免治馬桶，洗澡水壓大，有好市多採購的洗髮精跟沐浴乳，但如果能有潤髮乳更好。吹風機風量也大，無需自備，插座非常多方便各式充電；停車方便，老闆人很好很親切 棉被也很貼心的準備單人被，避免搶被情況，或是也可另外選擇雙人被；四人房有一張加大床、一張標準雙人床，身形魁梧誰也很舒適，雖然沒附早餐，但五分鐘內走路就有三間，早餐店方便覓食。 這是第二次住宿，體驗一樣棒，下次來花蓮仍是首選
