Апартаменты находятся на втором этаже с номером 3. Море и пляж находятся в 150 метрах. Пляж песчаный с плавным заходом, вода в море чистая. Рядом находится продуктовый магазин. Рядом куча ресторанов и недалеко улица шопинга. Нам понравилось ужинать в ресторане с названием "Таверна 29". В апартаментах две спальни и гостинная с диваном. Кухня маленькая, примерно 9 квадратов, но оборудованная плитой, микроволновкой, холодильником и кофемашиной капсульной. Духового шкафа нет. Есть стиральная машина, утюг, но нет гладильной доски. Два санузла отделаны прилично, но плохо уходит вода в душевых кабинах. Напротив находится подземная автопарковка за 24 евро в сутки, больше авто ставить негде.

По приезду была проблема с ключом от двери. ключ находился в боксе рядом с дверью, но нам поздно выслали код для открывания. Пришлось подключать роуминг и звонить хозяину. Советую требовать код для бокса с ключом заранее. Есть проблема с выбросом мусора. Рядом контейнеров нет. Куда выбрасывать мусор не понятно. Мы носили мусор к продуктовому магазину. Все окна выходят на автодорогу и если вы не любите спать с кондером, а хотите с открытым окном, то это не ваш вариант, будет шумно.

Top Lage!!!! Strand und City in einem. 10 Punkte!! Sehr sauber, ein und auschecken problemlos verlaufen Klimaanlage top. . ., es ist alles vorhanden.

Sehr laut weil es direkt auf der Straße liegt, Fenster sind aber gut isoliert. .Abfluss Duschen sollte sich ein Installateur ansehen.. Betten unbequem. . Ich persönlich hätte mir einen Ganzkörper Spiegel gewünscht, große Wohnung aber leider nur ein Spiegel im Badezimmer.

"Spacious and Elegant Apartment - Perfect for Families"

Very nice apartment with elegant and detailed furniture. Clean and comfy in all aspects, from the living room, two bathrooms with quite some space. I found it silent although it's on one of the main streets of Sanremo. Easy check-in. We had two kids of 1+ year old and everything is safe and under control.

I would have loved some more coffee capsules. Curtains are not fully blinding the bedroom so you may get some light in from the street.
