Confused which property it was very untidy out the front. No reponse on refund

The built up and overflowing bins and spilled rubabish outside the entrance on bin collection day No window to let some air in on a warm evening No internet on accommodation. Noises from people in adjoining property removing plugs etc

All in peace and quiet. Dog friendly. Firm bed. Shower room. In and outdoor lighting. Garden. Cooker. Kettle. Toaster. Cutlery / Plate and pan.

Booking was for two plus a dog. There was only a large and small towel but two body wash. No breakfast or food option. Room is fully self catering and possibly self clean; there was a creme / chopstick and sock under the bed; not sure about the laundry service. Bring a tea towel and possibly extra bath towel if with company. There was only one mug in the room and no information about connecting to the internet and my own signal was not working the entire stay. If there was a picture of the shower and gauze on the drain instead plug I would of brought the doggy shampoo.
