L'appartement est un peu vétuste. La rue est bruyante

Vieux logement en mauvais état. Besoin d’être rénové au niveau des panneaux bois qui font office de volets et portes , ainsi que les poignets qui restent dans les mains. Certaines prises et lumières ne fonctionnent pas. Baignoir délavrée avec rideau....pas d’insonorisation. Aurait également besoin de changer les poêles.
ITOttimo posto per due persone. Economico rispetto alla maggioranza delle strutture in centro a Lisbona Non va bene per 4 persone
Il secondo letto matrimoniale è piuttosto scomodo. Doccino da cambiare.

DEDie Lage ist top im Viertel Chiadao, der Tejo ist gut zu erreichen, alles ist fußläufig vor Ort. Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz für eine kleine Familie mit zwei Schlafräumen. Es gibt einen Essraum mit Sofa, d.h. auch Arbeiten ist gut möglich. W-Lan hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Es ist etwas laut nachts und die Wohnung ist auch nicht so hell.
