Free Parking City Centre Apartment 2 Bed Room 2 Bathroom Apartment

Apartment was smelling of alcohol, no TV, no curtains, kitchen not clean and no cutlery. Complained and was given a better one. Wardrobes full of towels., pillows and storage bags. Had to live out of suitcase. Apt not suitable for family as in the university campus block. Whilst block was quiet., there was 2 pubs beside that played loud music and the students partied outside so noisy till about 5am Good location for young people

Location

Both double beds smelt of feet. The fridge smelt of fish. The kitchen implements consisted of only one sharp knife which was a large one, nothing else. Only one cooking pot and a frying pan were in the kitchen. There was no TV. There were no light shades in either bedroom, just a bear bulb Not a good experience staying in this place

Very little

We were moved to an alternative property at the last minute so part of this review relates to the alternative property. The alternative property was not clean, had multiple broken items, was in a very noisy area, only had 1 bathroom when we were due to have two and was nowhere near where we had been due to stay. The alternative property is advertised at much cheaper rates but we have not been offered any sort of refund for the last minute change and for being put in an inferior property. The landlord is not responding via Booking.com nor by text.

Slight confusion over the key situation, communication could be better

Location was fantastic and very spacious

Bedding was dirty, hairs in the bath and shower and 1 small towel for a family of 4. Found a half eaten cookie under the bed. Curtain rail hanging off the wall, huge hole in wall in the en suite bed room, bed broke in the 2nd room, flooring coming up between Lounge and kitchen,

Good location and parking. Bathrooms good

Poor finish, stained furniture, bedding for sofa bed was stained also. Tv missing, holes in walls

The location and proximity to the center are the only advantages of this place.

Very difficult contact with the host. Arranged handover of keys at 3 PM and we received them only 1.5 hours later. We had to wait in the garage where there was also a problem with the parking space which was occupied. The apartment is neglected. Dirty curtains and it is clear that it is only suitable for a quick renovation.

Excellent location. The landlord was very helpful and easy to contact. Safe parking

Basic but good value

The hosts were very good and quick to reply. We did have an issue with parking and hopefully they will deal with this as they were good hosts. They haven’t dealt with it yet though!
