New! Cosy Two Bedroom Apartment by the Beach

Fantastic Location Right across the road from the beach . Very central to all Bars / Restaurants/Shops just a short walk away . The apartment had everything you need from toiletries/cooking utensils/ coffee machine. Would highly recommend for couples or families Right in the centre of Alicante yet quiet at night.Bus stop for airport just around the corner. It was a lovely gesture to have a bottle of wine and water in the fridge when we arrived 👍🏼

We had a fantastic stay at this 2-bed apartment in Alicante! The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped with all the essentials, and very comfortable. The host, Nayil, was incredibly friendly and helpful, even leaving water and drinks in the fridge for us upon arrival a really thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was spacious, with great-sized rooms, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beachfront and close to all amenities, including restaurants and bars. It made exploring the area so convenient. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Alicante and would happily stay here again. Thanks again, Nayil, for a great stay!

As we were there during the Fugeres festival it was quite noisy the first night but then it was a festival and it didn’t bother us as we were also out late

Perfect location close to beach and shops. Everything seemed clean and worked. The room was large and spacious. It is a great property but just needs a few changes to make it great.

A very strong Waste smell from main bathroom. Difficult to stay in for any time. Sofa very uncomfortable metal poles made it worse. It also smelled and was stained which we had to try and clean. Room needs another sofa or chairs. It only fitted 3 people and there was 4 of us. Not comfortable having to sit in kitchen chair for a long period. This was the worst part as in the evening when tired we couldn’t relax in a nice comfortable sofa. Definitely disappointing. Also only one drying cloth and no worktop protectors to cut food on. Towels were very used. The small room bedding was very used and not nice. The brown sheets made it look dirty. The beds had to be swapped as they were originally positioned in a l shape which meant the persons feet would be at the others head. Patio isn’t a patio but a tiny dark yard that gets no sun.

Location was perfect for meals in the old town a few minutes walk. Able to get public transport from the airport to harbour then only short walk to apartment. Short stroll to beach.

Great location, very big appartment, 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. SmartTV and fully equipped kitchen. Lovely neighbourhood, just by the beach. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location, 30 seconds walk to the beach and several supermarkets. Very clean, spacious apartment.
