Das kleine nette Haus in einer Häuserreihe ist fast direkt am Meer (Praia Gamboa), einfach toll! Es (auch die Küche) ist gut ausgestattet. Die ebenerdige moderne Dusche super. Der Eincheck mit Schlüssel im Kasten sehr einfach und mit Hilfe des Vermieters (Whatsapp Nachrichten) auch einfach gestaltet.
Es liegt fast direkt an einer (auch nachts!) sehr befahrenen Straße. Das bedeutet permanentes Autorauschen. Da der untere (Küchen-/Ess-Bereich) kein Fenster hat (Tür hat Milchglasscheibe, dadurch viel Licht), haben wir zum Lüften die Tür offen gelassen - was die Lautstärke der Straße nochmal erhöht hat. Nachts vibrieren die Betten bei jedem etwas schwererem Auto.

A localização junto a praia e com hipermercado do outro lado, é excelente, para que se possa disfrutar de uns momentos de descanso tranquilos e sem grandes preocupações, tendo o issencial nas proximidades, sem necessidade de ter de utilizar o carro para deslocações, pois qualquer compra para preparar o pequeno almoço ou para uma refeição, pode ser feita a qualquer momento de forma fácil. O estúdio tinha praticamente tudo o que é issencial. A comunicação com o responsável foi sempre fácil e descomplicada. Perfeito

"Für unsere Woche war es völlig tragbar und okay aber nicht top."

Die Lage war top, zum Strand und zur Surf Schule um die Ecke keine Minute, auch der Supermarkt gegenüber war von Vorteil.
Man darf nicht Geräusch empfindlich sein da man bei geöffnetem Fenster, auch nachts, den Straßenverkehr mitbekommt. Dass man durch die Fenster keine Durchsicht hat ist ungewohnt (sind matt damit nicht jeder im Vorbeigehen reinschauen kann) und die Lüftungssituation ist ungünstig. Das eh schon feuchte Klima und die fehlende Lüftung im Bad macht es fast unmöglich den Raum trocken zu bekommen. Daher auch der bröckelnde Putz in der Ecke unter der Klima Anlage.

A localização é perfeita. Praia a 3m. Supermercado e café ao lado. Zona sossegada, com estacionamento. O estúdio está equipado com tudo o que é necessário, muito limpo e prático. O anfitrião foi de uma amabilidade extrema. Recomendo
