The roof terrace was a lovely surprise! And the hosts were wonderful at replying, so so fast. The location was unbeatable, we will be back again for sure

The top floor was naturally very hot and the Aircon really wasn't very efficient. It took a very long time to work, so we had to stay up an extra hour or two for it to be a reasonable sleeping temperature

It was very central and very clean.

The host Alberto was nice to let us store our 2 large luggage downstairs (in a store area) prior to formal checkin time. The apmt is spacious as posted. Both the air-cond and washing machine worked properly. Though the apmt is in a central location about 70m from the Piazza dei Frutti, the apmt was mostly quiet as the windows face the inner court and on the top 4th floor. Cafes, supermarkets are downstairs and around the corner. Plenty of shops and eateries in nearby piazzas. Most popular spots (for sightseeing) are within 2km, accessible either on foot or by frequent city trams/buses.

Though advised by the host upon arrival, the water heater did not work properly and it's not easy to adjust the shower valve to get to the optimal temperature for normal bathing, apart from weak water flow. Though it's outside the control of the host/apmt, it was noisy after 10pm when there were constant screams/yells from nearby apmts/balconies, let alone coughs n snores from flat downstairs likely due to wooden architecture - even when the bedroom windows were closely shut.

The location was great—right off of the main squares. Close to restaurants and public transportation and quiet location. The inside is as shown and the wooden ceiling beams create a nice rustic touch. There is a small terrace up a flight of stairs with beautiful views

The lighting inside the apartment is not the best. Water is warm, but for a day and a half we only had cold water, but at least we had warm water again after Alberto fixed it and said he needed a new boiler which supposedly was being replaced the day we left.

Fabulous location right off a beautiful piazza. Right in the middle of old town Padova. Staff were super helpful and easy to communicate with. Apartment is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The roof terrace is adorable! Lovely little cafe downstairs aswell.

I couldn't get hot water in the shower but as we were only staying one night I didn't bother asking the staff to fix it.

Great location to visit Padova, just in the middle of everything and even with a fantastic coffee house downstairs. The apartment is very good and the terrace is certainly a plus.

The AC is located in the kitchen area so not much gets into the sleeping room. Person sleeping in the living room was freezing while person sleeping in the room was very warm. Of course it was an exceptionally high temperature so read it with certain degree of scepticism.

Location excellent. Washing Machine was a great advantage. Spacious with separate bedroom. Air-conditioning was great.

Obtaining entry code. After advising arrival time 2 days in advance, we assumed all was okay. On day of arrival we were on the train between Rome and Padova when hosts asked for copies of identification before releasing the code. Luckily we were able to do this. Some travellers would not have been able to. Why they did not ask for this information when booking would have made more sense and caused less grief. On arrival we could not gain entry to Unit 3. After many tries we walked up stairs to Unit 4, which opened. On questioning hosts as to whether this was the correct Unit, their reply was Ha ha ha ha, our mistake. Also there were no instructions as to how things worked eg: water heater.We were given 1 tablet for the dishwasher although we were staying 3 nights.

Very nice appartment furnished in the romantic way. Good location, practically in the very center of Padova. Easy self check-in instructions. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to all my questions. Breathtaking view on old town buildings rooftops from the roof terrace.
