Casa Marina La Terrazza Sul Mare

This 3 bedroom apartment was located in the central area of old town, with an amazing view from the large patio, overlooking the beach! Everything you want is within a few steps of the front door. We were 3 couples travelling together and this apartment was ideal for our needs.

The only possible drawbacks were that we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the apartment and that we were not able to drive to the front door to drop off our luggage... but that also was part of the charm of being inside the ZTL!

It’s a great position in town. Close to everything. It was clean, had a great balcony to use. A great juice and coffee bar across the alleyway.

We liked the location, it’s excelent located with the balcony right on the port beach, with a great view of the sea and amazing sunset to watch. And close to everything in the historic city center. and we liked the apartment that it’s newly renovated and the big bathroom.

we didn’t like the fact that it’s advertised on booking that the room has 80sqm and the fact is that the whole apartment maybe has that surface, but the bedroom has like 20 sqm maximum and the other room ( 2 other bedrooms) are for rent to other people. So you could be sharing the apartment with other strangers and we didn’t like the fact that we didn’t understand that from the apartment description. maybe we wouldn’t have chosen this property because of this reason.

The location was perfect and the common balcony was overviewing the sea. Balcony in the room faced Duomo. Spacious bathroom and common area with wash machine and fridge. We liked it here, a little noise from street but that is to expect when you live in the heart of of the town

Wonderful spot on top of Cefalu beach. A very comfortable room right in the centre of things. The terrace overlooking the beach is fantastic - several pleasant evenings and mornings spent watching the waves crashing. Tomasio was a great host - even cooking an elaborate Sicilian meal for his guests one night. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic compact hotel in just about the most central location overlooking the buzziest part of the beach within the old town. There was a little confusion on our side as we thought our room had a balcony - to be clear the kitchen and terrace/balcony is communal. However it is such a charming little spot that we ended up loving our sea view anyway and the kitchen is well stocked for coffee. The flat is spotlessly clean and management were really lovely to us . If you want to be right in the middle of the action with a top quality view without damaging your wallet too much this is just perfect .
