"Aún así, repetiríamos"

La localización

La ducha no tragaba, pero lo arreglamos con un desatascador. No tiene ascensor y aunque es un primero, subir y bajar los maletones que llevábamos para 8 días, costó

"Damp, dark and noisy"

Location excellent

Damp, cold and dark apartment. Black mould on some walls.Everything in it was old and worn out. Furniture particularly.. Doors on cupboards broken,. We Put aside loads of broken crockery . Insufficient items that we actually needed in the kitchen. No kitchen table and no coffee machine. Door locking system strange, was faulty and led to us being locked out for 2.5 hours late in the evening, then locked in the following morning. Staff came and were helpful though. Also, though a one way street, cafe bar opposite us open 8.30am till 12.30 am. And loads of noisy traffic

No se avisa que hay cámara y no sabes si está grabando continuamente y con sonido, aunque es cierto que legalmente pueden ponerla orientando a la puerta y no a zonas del interior, no sabemos si te están escuchando lo cual implica falta de privacidad Y la entrada y salida del alojamiento depende exclusivamente del móvil, si por algún motivo fallase te quedas sin poder entrar a la casa.

"Wenn die Mängel behoben werden durchaus okay."

Der Zugang wird über eine App geregelt. Das klappte auch sehr gut. Unsere Ansprechpartner waren sehr freundlich und haben auf unsere Anliegen prompt reagiert. Die Lage ist wirklich großartig. Zu Fuß sind alle Hotspots der Stadt gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist auch für längere Aufenthalte (wir blieben 5 Wochen) geeiugnet. DAs WLAN funktionbierte perfekt.

Direkt beim Einzug haben wir moniert, daß die Waschmaschine rostig und verschmutzt war und auch im Bad Schimmelreste zu sehen waren. Die Waschmaschine wurde nach wenigen Tagen ausgewechselt. Das Bad wurde noch einmal gereinigt. Danach ging es. Es blieb aber im kleineren Zimmer ein leicht modriger Geruch (offenbar vonb eibnem Wasserschaden).
