location is great, 5 minuts walk to shopping mall and place to eat. Also the kitchen is perfect with all kinds of facilities

"Big house with everything"

The best of homestay in my travel life. Huge kitchen, big bedroom, big smart TV. You have everything you need ( washing machine, drier, iron…you name it) . Shopping centre only 5 minutes walk . Highly recommend if you’re in Hamilton

The location of the apartment is very near to Westfield shopping mall. House is spacious with all necessary items provided. Owner is very responsive to message.

The smaller unit 1A is not very well maintained. Furnishings & bedding a little old. One of our friends started sneezing when using the blanket. There is no rack in the shower area to put shower gel & shampoo.

It was spacious, clean, and incredibly convenient to a nearby Westfield shopping center. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and the instructions for check-in and checkout were clear and straightforward. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay!

We didn’t stay long enough to find any faults with the property. It perfectly served our needs for a quick overnight stay.

Looved the home and everything it had to offer! Was warm and inviting, we looked the gold fish in the pond, kids loved the fruit on the trees and the fast that they could play with each other but also have their own space, it was AMAZING! Property manager was lovely, I would go back with no hesitation 😊

Ants in the pantry, along the benches and the tub started leaking but spoke to the property manager about these

"Plenty of space , large rooms, ideal for families or larger groups"

No Breakfast. It was a reasonably big home along with a smaller unit. We did not use the smaller unit as there was only 7 off us, but did not get any reduction in tariff.

Place is looking a bit tired , needs a repaint inside and out. Shower splashes water out into the bathroom.
