The host were very friendly, caravan was more then we expected very family friendly we had little ones not a day they was bored highly recomended have even booked to go back again!

Debs the owner deserves a special mention for her excellent communications. It was a lovely touch leaving toys in a room for the kids. Debs used to live in the van herself, so she has obviously put a lot of thought into the wee things needed for living in it. The trains weren't as noisy as I expected from some of the reviews - 3/4 of our family managed to sleep through when they past in the night. The site itself offers lots of entertainment for all ages. The pizzas available to buy on site are lovely. We travelled with a youth football group, so we got to see and hear about the condition of some of the other vans on the site, and our van was one of the cleanest on site.

It was very compact for a family of 4, but that was fine for a short break where we just needed a base to operate from. We felt it might have benefitted from the coffee table being removed, so that we had more room to move around each other, but that is a small thing. One member of the party found their bed uncomfy, but the rest of us were fine. The family bar is a little on the expensive side (£3 a small bottle of coke), but staff are very friendly.

Well decorated , clean and with WiFi with good signal.

Close to the railway we could not sleep properly.

Good shower. Easy walk to the facilities and the beach. Everything you need is there. Debs is lovely.

train line very close

Lovely and clean, comfortable, home from home. Lots to do on the site, especially for 2 little ones, kept them very entertained. Debs and Chris were great, always at the end of the phone and available to help when needed.

The caravan was situated close to the train line, so the first couple of days the children got scared when a train went past but by the 3rd day they managed to get used to them and count how many carriages it had.
