The decor

Heating didn’t work properly, when I turned the heating up it didn’t heat anywhere also the radiator made an awful sound all night,place was freezing. Bath was dirty needed to be cleaned before use . Wine glasses in cupboard were really dirty so only cleaned one and used that .
