Blinds broken in bedrooms, everything was dated, kick boards in kitchen broken for example, bedding was bobbly because it was old.

Location was good for the Co Op live, bright rooma nd pleanty of space for the family

The tv reception was terrible and we had to call booking.com in order for information of how to enter the property. We were really anxious as this wasn't sent until we asked!!

TLDR; NOT THE SAME APARTMENT AS ADVERTISED. .The apartment i was given was not the one advertised on booking.com. Instead of the apartment in the photos, I was given a dark and ruined hovel. The bath was full of water, the floors ruined and sticky, the washing machine was full and running a long cycle, the dishwasher was full of dishes, the wet room was full of grime, rust and damp, black mould and ditt on the windowsills, dirt in the fridge, wardrobes full of trash and old tut, burnmarks on the table, ....the whole apartment was so dirty and vile to the eye that i cried. There is no way anyone with any self respect or sense of self preservation could stay there. It astonished me that the owner has a) thought that this would be acceptable b) been allowed to advertise in such an underhand way and get away with it. It wasn't the same apartment as in the pictures, aside from the dirt etc, the layout is different, from the apartment in the pictures on booking.com. No iron, no balcony, no clean surfaces.... ....and forget speaking to the owner. A rude and aggressive and intimidating little dweeb with no manners and a threatening tone in his speech. AVOID. I have lots of pictures.

Very spacious apartment in a great location for what i required it for. Tram stop just outside, but only a 10 minute walk into the bustling northern quarter. Apartment was clean and tidy, good comms from owners.

Nothing bad to say about it

I had a nightmare experience with another place that I had booked, booking.com helped me by getting me this one very last minute. Immediately after booking I received messages on WhatsApp with photos of the streets with arrows and messages to give you directions and clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. The actual apartment itself smelt and looked very clean, the kitchen has everything you need including a cooker and a dishwasher. The beds are extremely comfortable with the bedding smelling fresh and there's a full length mirror in every single room for us girlies! I had a really good experience here.

There is nothing that I didn't like about this place. It was a great stay!

Property was very clean, it smelled lovely when you first walk in and everything was tidy

The only thing I can think of is the train station is right outside so it’s a bit noisy and the parking wasn’t great but it didn’t ruin our stay

The property was spacious

We needed a premises that suited limited mobility and accessibility. Instead we found ourselves parking on rough grounded on street parking. We were told the parking was 20 seconds from the premises. It was, to the window, but not to actually get in. Pun intended we had to go around the houses to get to the access point. We had to walk along the road, into a secured gate, around the block, around another block. The video of the route itself was 2 minutes long, so definitely not 20 seconds away from the parking. There was no mention of the video of the accessible route, we had to ask and we were just told it was there. The apartment was spacious. There were three locked bedrooms! 2 showers. Neither of the two showers was accessible without difficulty. Certainly not for a wheel chair user. The shower in our room had a small opening to step into a wet room. The step was too high the gap was too small. I couldn't get my shoulders through the gap! Stepping out required twisting and stepping down onto the floor. The other shower had a high side to the bath/shower and nothing to support oneself to get in or out. The kitchen was OK. Lots of slats missing in the window blinds around the rooms so the light came in. Lots of intrigue about not telling anyone which apartment we were in!
