Loved how spacious the place was, very clean and a great location.

The information for finding the apartment was fantastic. Photographs and videos were a brilliant idea. It made it exceptionally easy to find our way.

The shower water ran hot and cold.

the fact the bedrooms were mostly cold even though the heating was on and the showers were freezing and the one with the en suite the doorway if you can call it that is way too small for wider people 😕 p.s there wasn't any instructions for the oven or dishwasher and some of the dishes were in the cupboard wet

spacious and tidy. very secure. instructions given by owner were well detailed and through. it was greatly appreciated

Only minor issues was with a few blinds missing thr possibility of people seeing into the flat was apparent. besides that all was grand.

Fabulous 3 double bedroomed property. Clean and tidy and everything you need. Instructions to the property prior to arrival excellent and communication great. Would definitely recommend.

Only thing I would recommend is better quality pillows on bed. I still had a great night sleep but felt they were a bit flat/needed replacing.

Had everything we needed and was in a good location near to where we needed to be. Easy 20 min walk to the O2 Apollo for a concert. Family of four including an additional child. Facilities were spot in and it felt safe and secure. The wet room ensuite was a really nice touch. Lots of spare towels and linen available but we didn't need them.

Could not find the TV remote for bedroom one but that wasn't much of an issue. Also we tried to heat the oven for some food before we went out but it didn't heat quick enough so we abandoned this idea. However this did not shed any negative light on our stay.
