"Great location, house needs work"

Location, sun room

The floor is falling apart beneath the kitchen and was very concerning on the maintence of the property, self closer on the front door was bbroken so caused issues for the kids

"Good location with nice view."

The location is excellent and the street is quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped. Nice view with lake and 3mins walk to the lake.

However, the bed is too old and the mattress is way too soft and saggy, which needs improvement. My whole family had sore backs after staying for two nights. Also, there is only hot water from the sink near the toilet where the showers are, which were very frustrating.
