Algunas cosas estaban deterioradas, falta de inversión. Una pena por qué la vivienda tiene posibilidades .

L'appartement est spacieux avec une belle chambre. La cuisine est fonctionnelle avec four, plaque de cuisson et machines à laver vaisselle et linge en excellent état. Appartement très propre. Le garage privé est très appréciable. Le quartier est sympa et la plage est vraiment proche.

La literie est moyenne. Il faudrait plus de couverts et de vaisselle. Même si le prix du parking est correct, il pourrait être inclus dans le coût total de la location.
