The location is good, the place has everything needed for a short stay. The parking is convenient under the building. We had some minor issues with the accomodation that were handled really quickly from the hosts.

Getting from the parking spot to the apartment is somewhat difficult when you have a lot of luggage. The automatic check-out instructions were quite rude stating that check out must be done not later than 10 am. and threatening with fines (although even Booking.com states a later check out time). There's always a way of relaying a message in a professional and polite manner. The info card that all B&B's usually have with useful information was left almost blank.

The parking was a really good thing as we didn't care about our car. The self check-in video was a nice idea, so we didn't have any issues with getting into. The apartment is located in a central point so it was easy to commute.

I would consider to add an additional knife for cutting a bread :) but the rest was cool

The instructions, including the video clip, were very clear and helpful. It was easy to find the apartment key and the parking card, and accessing the apartment itself was just as simple. Small thoughtful touches—like the coffee capsules waiting for us—were much appreciated. We were looking for a well-located, clean place with excellent internet, close to public transportation, shops, and street food. This accommodation checked all the boxes. We’ll definitely be coming back!

If we have to mention something it would be some noise during the night, but you are in a big town so it is expected and normal.
