Mi hanno chiamato per comunicarmi che avevano assegnato l'appartamento causa overbooking. Mi hanno dato un altro appartamento pulito dentro ma zona malfamata con prostitute, topi e tossici. Mai più casaviva!

Non è accettabile scegliere un appartamento ed averne un altro che sicuramente non era adatto per bnb causa scale ripidissime.

"CHECK-IN PROCEDURE A NIGHTMARE."

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE A NIGHTMARE. They had us upload our documents online, back and front. Then we had to take a picture of us holding our documents. Then we had to do a WhatsApp call, then they came to the apartment to check our documents once more and verify our identities. It was INSANE. We were CHECKED 4 TIMES. I do not consider me nor my partner a criminal, and I understand security, but this was burdensome, unpleasant (the lady at the agency even shut the phone mid-sentence during the WhatsApp call!!!) and definitely a stressful experience. I would not go back there even if they paid me.

My humble opinion is that if you ask guests to be checked 4 times, soon you will run out of bookings. Even if you are obeying to the law, there are more efficient and respectful ways to do it.
