Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Even though the facilities were simple, everything was well managed. Overall, it was a nice experience and good value for money.The best part was the receptionist’s behavior — very polite, welcoming, and truly guest-friendly, which made the stay even more comfortable and pleasant.

Honestly, I did not find any major issues worth giving a bad review for. Overall, the experience was quite satisfactory.

Замечательное место, чтобы остановиться в Шимле. Отель находится в пешей доступности от всех основных достопримечательностей. Из номера прекрасный вид на город Хорошая комната, удобная кровать, чистое белье. Есть дополнительное одеяло, горячая вода. Очень профессиональный и дружелюбный персонал. Встретили нас на такси на автовокзале, отвезли куда нам нужно потом. Завтракать, обедать и ужинать можно в отеле. Очень вкусно и сытно. Если приедем снова в Шимлу, то с удовольствием остановимся у них снова. Рекомендую.
