Plaza de las Ventas II - Diseño, confort y buena ubicación

We’ve arranged the time for the check in on their list of possibilities three days before the arrival. I’ve confirmed it by the time of the landing and despite all of that they let us wait two hours in the street before someone shows to the apartment. The same time that take us to flight from Milan. I know that this kinda things could happen but I hope this not gonna happen to anyone else. We’ve lost our dinner reservation and our meeting. I’m pretty sure that we deserve more than a couple of hours more on the scheduled time of check out. Terrible customer care, terrible way to communicate to the client. Too bad for a positive review.

Apartment was great. The set up. The layout everything functioned perfectly. Coffee toaster microwave oven kitchen fridge. Everything works. Everything in photos is 100% accurate. Beds are very very comfortable. Very soft. Great pillows.

It's was not clean. The only thing clean were the dishes and the bed sheets. When we entered the apartment: 1) bathroom had an awful terrible smell of bad sewage. 2) The apartment smelled like soy sauce. 3) The floor was dirty and sticky. 4) The fridge also had a bad smell. After we checked in we mopped and cleaned the floor, we bought baking soda and vinegar for the kitchen and bathroom drains and wiped the inside of the fridge.
