La Santina y su Balcón

The apartment is quite big, situated in the historical centre , with plenty of bars and restaurants just downstairs, but the bedroom is silent, it looks at the back of the street. I didn't meet Manuela , but she was very kind and willing to help.

It was quite difficult to take the luggage from the parking to the apartment (second floor, no lift), it's better to know it. It's a pity the balcony was a bit dusty (I think it wasn't washed) . There's a window in the bathroom but it can't be opened.

The apartment was in the centre of Aviles ideal for all amenities, though on a busy street in one of the oldest most historic parts of the town it was one the quietest places I’ve stayed. The apartment was spotless with a dishwasher! Very spacious and comfortable. My host contacted me to make sure everything was ok and to see if I needed anything. She was available if I needed anything. I would stay (hopefully will!) here again. I have stayed in Aviles before, the location of this apartment showed what an historic beautiful place it is . It’s also close to buses to the beach at Salina which is beautiful.

I’m fine with stairs, perhaps should mention it’s 2 floors up.
