Spacious 2 Bedroom Flat in heart of Ballater

A good location within easy walking distance to local amenities. Plenty of kitchen equipment, glasses, plates etc.

Overall the property looked a little tired. Attention to detail on the decoration was lacking from the moment you got to the front door, with paint chipped woodwork and radiators. Windows could not be opened in the main bedroom or lounge. The oven was not clean at all and we needed to clean the towel rail in the bathroom before use. Being asked to strip beds and empty bins at check out was a first for us, we thought that was the job of the person doing the changeover, given that there is a cleaning charge included in the rate.

Very comfortable flat. The flat was clean has good heating and all the bits and pieces we needed for our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend this flat. Great location only a few minutes walk to the centre of Balllater.

The property is perfectly located for local walks and access to the village. The neighbourhood is very quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. We loved that the host had the heating turned on for us as the weather was cold! Would highly recommend a stay here to explore Ballater, Balmoral and Braemar
