It was clean, maintained and very quiet.

Parking… we had to park far from where our room was located.

The location was nice. The trail down to the private beach was a highlight! The sitting chaise under the window was a good spot. The bedding was clean and the unit felt welcoming.

No one mentioned the big/regular fridge didn’t work but since there was also a mini-fridge in the kitchen, I had a suspicion. I watched the items in the big fridge and after an hour when they had condensation on them, I moved it all to the little fridge. I did leave a few canned beverages in the big fridge to test but they were still room temp by morning. The little fridge was in the way and if they had a repair guy coming, why not give us some sort of notice or warning that this was temporary….? I also suspect it had been that way for a while since the little fridge had props under the feet to level it. The bed was hard and not comfortable.

Location was great. Nice and quiet. Great view of the ocean.

As an older facility, needs a little work. Dish drainer was rusty as was the bathtub. Didn’t seem to have a working smoke detector.

The unit is very equipped. from beach towels to snorkeling gear, laundry detergents and all types of kitchen equipment you might need. bed is comfortable and there are extra blankets, towels and pillows. balcony is cute, nice smart tv. overall a great place to spend your vacation at. the owner replys fast and is very nice! 9/10 over all. highly recommended!!

only downside is theres no AC and it gets quite hot. but after talking to the owner, they brought us a portable ac and it was perfect. second downside is very low water pressure in the shower .

For being on the North Shore of Kauai the location was excellent; an easy drive to many of the North Shore Beaches which were all beautiful.

Location. Quiet. Comfortable.

Moldy smell. Rusty bathtub and moldy shower curtain. Needs updating.

It's got a good location with lovely views over the ocean from just outside the condo. Sunsets were amazing. It's very quiet - right at the end of the road (some may find it too far from the restaurants/shops)

The bed sheets were nylon I think - they weren't very comfortable in the heat. The hanging wardrobe space is pretty basic. The condo is quite dark.
