3 Manor Villas Newquay

A lovely villa that is well furnished and comfortable. Located about 15 minutes outside of Newquay, we found the location useful for days out. The Villa is well equipped and has everything you need for a great holiday.

It was all great but you do need a car.

Clean and bright. Convenient location. Good position near the pub and leisure centre/cafe. Owner went the extra mile to sort a minor issue.

The house was nice, modern and cleaned.

We were expecting to have access to the Leisure center( paying extra) as why is that we choose the location about what was swen in the pictures but we were not allowed in as not membership. Maybe in the property description to be added that there is not access to Leisure Center.

Comfy bed, bathroom freshly revamped, nice Christmas goodies.

Kitchen wasn't the cleanest, smell of damp throughout.

The location was ideally situated to travel to towns and tourist destinations, the on site Cafe and Pub were only a minuet walk away.

The mattress's on all the beds needed replacing.

Property was clean and up to date. Well equipped with a nice little welcome pack too.

The resort itself is rather tired looking and out of date. The outside pool was empty, the grass needed cutting and the blackberry bushes were very overgrown.

The villa was very well looked after and super clean, nice and cosy and felt like a home from home. Everything we needed in the kitchen, and all in good condition. Location is really good (if you have a car) Newquay is really close, and so are lots of beaches, and other attractions, as well as beautiful countryside.

Nothing! If we were staying peak season with kids, being able to see the pool and not go in might be tricky, but makes sense.
