Lovely, quiet, spacious room with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. Check in was easy and we had no problems at all. The location was really nice, close to the river and an easy walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We only stayed one night, and didn't get a breakfast voucher but found a fantastic cafe nearby on Via Francesco Crispi called Pasticceria Al Dolcemente. The area was great to wander around and the accommodation provided good value for money!

Было чисто. Ванная стильная.
Ужасное, отвратительное обслуживание. Персонала нет на месте. У нас в номере еле дул кондиционер, а на улице было больше 40. В итоге в помещение было не меньше 28 градусов. Не возможно было спать в такой жаре. Мы писали, но нас просто игнорировали. Указано, что есть хороший завтрак, но по факту это был круассан с кофе, но если ты не пьешь кофе, другой напиток выбрать нельзя. В душе не был даже геля. Очень высокая слышимость.

Personal a oferit detaliile necesare prin mesaj și amabil pentru depozitarea bagajelor înainte de check-in. Am apreciat foarte mult ca mi-a putut oferi camera mai devreme de ora check-in.
