This place is strictly not for the family.all the people sitting on the lounge which is passing are for family.

AEWorst experience ever, rude staff. I booked the room and informed them beforehand of my check in time because of my flight arrival. Yet they didn’t book my room and said booking.com bookings are all fake we don’t check them we don’t trust why didn’t you call? The number that was given on booking.com was not even working my brother called them my friend called them the number doesn’t work midnight 2 am and I am left alone in the midst of the city with my luggage that I carried it up on the first and then after making me wait for 30 mins they say no room available. Upon speaking to a manager he drops me off a friend’s place and runs away I spent an hour there till 3:30 in the morning sorting it out. It turned out to be a nightmare my whole time was wasted my energy money for less then 12 hours I was charged the full night amount. What’s the point of having such guest houses on your platform when they call it “FAKE BOOKING” and book on phone calls instead to avoid the payment to booking.com extremely bad experience horrible service and serious action against such properties should be taken from booking.com
