Four Season 1 Airport Guest House

Broken AC. [was not cold enough], also the staff was turning off AC from behind Unclean toilet No tioleteries provided at all AC remote not working properly. Unclean bed sheets Door hatch/locks not good [not fitting easily to lock or close doors] Also if the room is central, the receiption is visible and can see all inside the rooms as the room opens.

The hotel's location was beneficial since it was less than a 10-minute drive from the Jinnah International Airport.

I checked in at the hotel earlier, they assigned me a room with the expected facilities, and dropped my luggage, but then they said they would have to give my room later that day to someone else. Then, I went out to explore the city and when I came back, my luggage was placed in the passage near the reception unattended. I was then assigned another room which was very messy and dirty, without the facilities listed during booking (no towel, no attached bath, no TV, etc) and the common washroom was also very dirty. On top of all that, they charged me more than the rate I booked on booking.com in local currency and said they also have to charge me for the booking.com tax (commission). Even though I am myself a local of the country, but overall worst experience.

It was worst experience ,room was not available after confirmed booking ,after 30 min wait they let me room and charge me cash amount ,after few hours they empty my room and put my luggage in office
