The location was great as it’s easy to get to all the important places

There were issues with getting in the building as the intercom would not work properly, we had issues with cockroaches, spiders inside de flat, there were electrical sockets hanging off the wall with appliances in it, once we tried to use one socket to plug my charger and the whole electricity in the apartment went off and had to look for the main electric meter to see what was the issue ( this was at midnight and with a small child in the house). Please fix all your issues before renting it out as that apartment it’s a fire hazard
