The Neylipz - Fully Air Conditioned 3 bedroom Apartment

VERY Clean. Beautifully designed. 3 Ensuite king Bed Rooms was perfect for our needs.. plenty of space. Nicely hidden away. Well equipped with everything you need plus extras. Very comfortable.

The outside hot tub needs a little TLC as the controls were broken / water not very warm.

The property was really adorable. We came to sri lanka spend the vacation with our relations .we made real good choice by using this apartment. everything was perfect and beautiful. communicative host.thank you for everything.we really proud to have this kind of nice property in our mother county.

This exceeded my expectations. Nice and clean place. Host are friendly and assist me with lot of things. Worth and hope to visit again.

Host was waiting for us with keys and showed us everything inside. Very nice accomodation and lovely approach to guest. If there was anything, she helped us to make our stay more pleasant. Even helped us to find bikes to rent. Highly can recommend staying there :)

Amazing ,fabulous place I had a wonderful stay with my friends.this place was so beautiful,it has made cozy concept. Location: walking distance for jungle beach .separated from out side world.real oasis inside. Room :large comfy bed room has decorated with sustainable furniture and things Bathroom:very modern.and nature friendly.special we like the what they use for the wall finished.we have one recommendation for if u can separate shower area it will be really worth. Living area: much space. enjoyed every movement large tv,gaming we had wonderful time. Outdoor jacuzzi: We hand ice bath.it charger additional from us for the ice. but really worth it. Kitchen:mordern and cozy looks really good.but we didn’t use it😉 Overall had great time.big shoutout to the host she did a great job arranging every single request for us.we are definitely coming back.

This place was fantastic, we really appreciated the space and 3 bedrooms for our family. The design also looks great. The new showers were excellent, best we have had in our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka so far. Not far at all for Weligama Beach and walking distance to Jungle Beach. We would certainly return if we were back in this area and looking for accommodation with some space. The host was lovely, there were some teething issues which she arranged to be fixed promptly. She also arranged for us to use a pool at a nearby hotel at no cost to us, our daughters love swimming so this was appreciated.

Not much. The kitchen was lacking in some items I see as important (bowls, pot etc), but I understand the host is already looking at supplying those items in the future. The spa bath isn't new and needed some repairs, this was booked in so should be working fine for future guests. This wasn't a big deal for us and we were still able to make use of it.
