Sehr gute Lage, wenige Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt. Große Terrasse.

Leider ist fast alles im Apartement in die Jahre gekommen und klapperig, zerschlissen und schmuddelig, auch wenn einige Dekogegenstände neuer sind. Für Menschen über 1,50 m ist die Küche nur in gebückter Haltung zu gebrauchen, was das Kochen erschwert. Der schöne alte Parkettboden müsste neu versiegelt und geklebt werden, bei jedem Schritt klappern die einzelnen Stücke. Schade, denn es wäre ein Apartement mit viel Potenzial.

THIS IS NOT A 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT IT IS A 1 BEDROOM WITH A WALK IN CLOSET WHERE THEY DROPPED A SECOND MATTRESS. COMPLETE JOKE. I HAD TO SLEEP IN LIVING ROOM. THERE IS NO SEPARATE ACCESS TO WHAT THE OWNERS CLAIM IS THE 2ND BEDROOM. TOTAL SCAM IN MY EYES.

Recomendo, lugar super aconchegante

The location was great, and the rooms were spacious, making for a comfortable stay. However, a few issues made our experience less enjoyable.

When we checked in, the weather was quite chilly, but the provided heater wasn’t sufficient. We requested an additional one, but it was only provided the next day, so we spent a cold first night. Simple requests like extra coffee pods were denied, even though we were willing to pay. The property was advertised with daily housekeeping, but the staff only came once during our 10-day stay. To top it off, two days after checking out, we were wrongly accused of leaving the place in terrible condition, which was completely unexpected. While the property itself was nice, our experience was overshadowed by poor service and an unprofessional interaction.

A casa é bem espaçosa, tem máquina de lavar e secar e um terraço bem bonito. Foi uma estadia bem gostosa!

O único problema foi o quarto da terceira pessoa, que na verdade é ótimo se você for uma criança, mas para um adulto, não é muito confortável, uma vez que fica dentro do outro quarto, não tem porta e é extremamente baixo e pequeno. Tive sorte, porque fui com meus pais e tenho 1,53 de altura, caso seja um amigo ou seja mais alto, não seria nada confortável. Seria legal deixar explícito para quem está locando a casa, uma vez que ele da à opção de reservar para 3 adultos.
