Beautiful town. Spacious apartment. Easy to find.

Out of character cheap white furniture in the second bedroom detracted from the rustic solid wood in the rest of the apartment.

The location was great. Easy access into the apartment. Having a/c was a plus only down side is there’s just one in the living room. So at night if your room gets too hot you need to sleep with the door open.

The shower had mold. The one pan in the apartment did not have a handle. If you want to have a bottle of wine make sure you get your own wine opener because they do not have one. The mattress was worn and the bed made a lot of noise. Which was very annoying while trying to sleep and someone moves. I We were offered an accommodation for beach chair rentals in Monterosso al Mare, requested a date & time and never heard back from anyone. We made multiple attempts to text and call. No reply via text and the lady on the phone said she would call me back and never did. Needless to say they were zero help with a service they offered.

AMAZING location. Spacious area with clean facilities. Perfect location a little away from the hustle and bustle but still close by to everything.

Beds not as soft or comfy, but still very clean.

large rooms (bedrooms, kitchen/eating, bathroom), appreciate the coffee and teas, appreciate the towels/toiletries. Grateful to have wifi. Bed was a bit hard for my personal taste, but overall the home was comfortable.

Was given 1 code for lockbox via Booking.com. Was sent an Email the day of my arrival w/ a different code. However, I was traveling ALL DAY, and didn't know I needed to, nor did I have time to check Email that day. Thus, initially could not get into lockbox, had to call the #. Also, I had to ask how to get on wifi--that should have been clarified in a previous communication, or posted clearly. While I'm aware the home is in Italy, unfortunately I don't speak the language. Instructions (e.g., Emails, printed instructions regarding various recycling bins, etc.) should also be in English (or whatever language the guest is coming from). It would have been helpful to receive instructions in English on the best way to get to the place from public transportation. Also, it should be mentioned in the ad for the location and in subsequent correspondence the all the outlets are the OLD Italian 3-prong style, and have not been converted to the 2-prong style that the rest of Europe and most other places in Italy use. This was the only location I stayed at in Italy (including other privately-owned locations) that still had the older outlets. I was not aware of this, and so did not have the correct adaptor plug with me. This ought to be mentioned ahead of time; it would also be helpful to supply at least a couple of adapters.

Great location, right at the top of the town and close to the parking, se there was no need to carry the luggage across any steep stairs to get there. The apartment was clean and had everything one could need. Comfy beds, good WiFi. Easy check-in and check-out :)

One room has no natural light, and since we came in March the apt was quite cold when we got there. There was heating, but it took some time to get the rooms to a cozy temperature.

The property was in a good location. Pretty good hike to get up the hill though. it was nice and clean, very roomy.

The bed in the bedroom near the bathroom was very uncomfortable. Very hard.
