Spacious 3 Bed House with Parking and Garden

The house itself it’s lovely and well maintained.

The driveway and garden are badly maintained- I got a split tyre from something on the drive and had to pay out £230 for an emergency call out for a new tyre. When mentioning this I was then told sheets had had to be thrown away due to ‘red’ on them, however no photographic evidence and myself and the guests had double checked before leaving. I’m also still no further with getting my deposit back after nearly 2 months and have been ignored.

Garden could do with some attention!

Spacious house, large garden, maybe nice in the summer

Beware... The host contacted us 24 hour before arriving requesting a large deposit off line or they wouldn't give us the code to enter the property. Ive never had this experience before using booking.com. We paid the deposit now they are refusing to refund the deposit back. They have stated we broke a blind but The window blind was already broken when I arrived (this issue had been reported by a previous guest in October 2025). Check pervious reviews Pots, utensils, and cutlery were dirty and stained. Cooking items were worn, unhygienic plastic. There were visible cracks in the walls and ceiling. No towels No toilet paper No kitchen towels No covers on the bedding Garden gate was broken. Lots of cigarette ends all over the garden

Location, clean inside, responsiveness to messages

House external dated with rubbish and drive narrow and uneven. No loo roll, only 4 mugs. No tea towel or oven gloves. No soap. Last minute requirement for large deposit for breakages felt opportunistic.
