location, cafe where was breakfast (coffee + croissannt) where all local italians were getting coffee and pastry, living by Arch , clean very modern

soundproof was weak as there were door in the room next to us so we could not speak much during evening to not disturb other guest

"camera pulita"

la camera era pulita, era abbastanza grande, con anche la televisione e il bagno in camera. Ristrutturato decisamente da poco. In circa 20 min a piedi si è in piazza Duomo. Tutte le porte della struttura sono comandare da remoto dal gestore e si aprono con carta magnetica che si trova nella stanza. Non c'è staff in loco. Alla fine del soggiorno è bene considerare che passerà il gestore a fare un sopralluogo della stanza, ma è stato molto veloce.

la colazione è in un bar nella zona della struttura e sono compresi sono espresso e pasta/brioche. Non c'è la possibilità di chiudere la porta della camera a chiave. Non c'è il bidet. é stata l'unica struttura a non averci chiesto i documenti per la registrazione e il check-in. Nel bagno manca il bidet.
