Good location Clean and tidy

No key on arrival had to contact the owner, she was very helpful

Pristine property, had all the required facilities, very comfortable and host was very friendly and helpful.

The gold / beige colouring of the decor gives the unit a really opulent look. The bed is super comfortable as are the arm chairs to watch the giant TV with so many channels to choose from. Lovely pillows, footstool, carpet all combine to make this unit very comfortable. Nice touches like conditioner in the shower, tissues and kitchen paper towel. Very close to ALDI shops (2 min drive) and bus stop across the road for city access. Driveway or street parking.

Kitchen cupboard where all the essentials are stored cutlery, crockery, glasses , frypan and toaster etc, was awkward to access, tucked into a corner.

Very compact, good shower, comfy bed, kettle worked, TV is huge ;o)

Super Lage, nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nah gelegene öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ( günstige Möglichkeiten schnell in die Stadt zu kommen) Ruhige Gegend mit Parkplatz. Immer wieder gerne😊

Es gab eine Waschmaschine aber leider keinen Wäscheständer.

Located at the back of the host property and looks lovely. The lock box entry good. Very clean and bathroom lovely. Bedding nice and warm. Although I have added some negative comments the stay was still good

The sliding doors were difficult to lock it did not connect at the bottom, took several minutes to lock The bed was too soft for me. The small radiator int he room did not keep it warm did not get above 18 until I put on the portable radiator on but then was too hot in the night The drive was not big enough to fit the van on and did not want to leave on streets. No glasses and the plates etc are difficult to get to being in corner cupboard. Unable to open any windows just no patio doors. At nighttime I need a window open.

I find hotels at weekends too noisy these days so always glad to find peaceful annex style accommodation like this. It is very tastefully decorated, larger than many other similar types, with a comfy bed and way too comfortable armchairs. Ideally situated for exploring the north of Newcastle and Northumberland but also not too far from the city centre . Very convenient for public transport with a metro station five minutes walk away and a bus stop even closer. Worth mentioning If like me you have mobility issues the station platforms at Fawdon are surface level so no steps or ramps to negotiate

The cream curtains could do with black out linings adding, the room is very light from very early on in summer - this wouldn't stop me going back though

Well finished and very clean room. I stay away alot with work and was very happy with my stay there.
