"Comfortable, nice and 2 bathrooms, central location near beach"

Lots of space, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable to stay with kids. The property was well warmed up in advance of our arrival (very comfortable in winter).

It is on the ground floor and lacks sunlight in winter

Sergio was very kind and friendly, he came with a person who can translate for us into English, and we were really surprised by this! Its service is at a high level. Our family is having a great time in Gijon. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the beach, shops, everything you need. The apartment is very cosy.

No complaints. Everything was great!

"I would stay here again if I came to Gijón."

I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: everything is new, clean, looks comfortable and stylish. The owner met us near the apartment and showed everything. The location is also very convenient: 5 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the city centre. There are lots of supermarkets and cafes in the neighbourhood.

It would be nice to have an electric kettle and more shelves in bedrooms. There is no free parking, but the owner helped with the registration in the parking really close to the apartment. It costs 9 euros per day.

"Superb"

This apartment was spectacular! The owners went above and beyond. The details like coffee, shampoo, towels, soaps, iron, hair dryer etc were great! Check-in was seemless as the owners are very responsive whenever we would send them a question through booking.com. The beds were extremely comfortable, and because it's newly renovated, noise is blocked out almost completely even though it's in the middle of a busy area. The apartment felt safe and secure. It is also a 5 min walk to the beach. There are tons of restaurants and shops in the area to explore. The €9/day discounted parking was a bonus.

Coffee is provided, but no tea. So I left some. Lol Would be nice if there were a book or some pamphlets in the apartment with information about the area. Like delivery eats, tours, parks, hikes, etc. Other than that, there were no faults. The apartment was perfect. 😀
