ITITLa struttura è ben organizzata e molto molto carina. Si trova in un vicolo e quindi non vi è passaggio di macchine, per cui è abbastanza silenziosa.
L'attenzione per alcuni piccoli particolari la renderebbero ancor più degna di nota (le alette delle persiane che non funzionano, l'assenza di zanzariere...).
